CyberSecurity Engineer - TS/SCI
We are seeking a talented and experienced Cybersecurity Engineer to join our dynamic team in Maryland. As a Cybersecurity Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting both Red and Blue Teams by developing innovative solutions for network exploitation operations and designing cyber mission networks for exercises and trainings. Your expertise will be critical in ensuring our networks utilize cutting-edge technology and equipment to maintain the highest level of security.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement network exploitation solutions to support Red and Blue Teams.
- Design and architect cyber mission networks for exercises and trainings.
- Conduct research to stay updated on the latest technologies and equipment for network security.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of networks, including drawings, descriptions, and configurations.
- Provide technical guidance on networking solutions, technology roadmaps, and product plans.
Required Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph.
- Eleven (11) or more years of continuous work experience as a responsible network architect/engineer in a Network Operation Center or Cyber Operations.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Network Engineering and Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university. (Alternatively, four (4) additional years of experience can be substituted for a total of fifteen (15) years of experience or more, AND hold one or more of the specified certifications below.)
- One or more of the following certifications: Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP), Cisco Certified Network Associate Security (CCNA), Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP).
- Demonstrated experience in planning and network architecture design for Gray Space, Red C2 infrastructure, and Blue Team Fly-Away Kits.
- Proficiency in designing, developing, and programming computer or IT systems.
- Expertise in designing, modeling, and securing networks.
- Ability to troubleshoot network issues and recommend network modifications to optimize performance while adhering to security policies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Network Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
- Certifications in Cisco Certified Network Defender (CCND) or SANS certifications.
- Experience with VMWare VSphere/VCenter.
- Prior experience in Network Operations Center (NOC) or Cyber Operations support to DoD Cyber Mission Forces.
